The wisdom that had hitherto been universally accepted is losing its validity thanks to new developments – as is the case here too: the prevailing opinion until now that air to water heat pumps were generally suitable for single or two-family homes only, has been superseded. With the new WPL 34, 47 and 57 air to water heat pumps STIEBEL ELTRON also offers the right solution for property with high heat loads, when air is to be used as the energy source. Thanks to the cascade circuit, the powerhouse that is initially available only as an outside unit can amplify its performance, which is already pretty strong as it is. This means performances of up to 168 kW can be achieved (at A-7/W35). Thus STIEBEL ELTRON provides a tailored solution in each case, even where air source heat pumps for multi-family dwellings of very different sizes are concerned. Efficient heating technology is thus also gaining a foothold when it comes to refurbishment of large-scale properties with low outlay for installation. |
