SOM 7 plus solar control unit
The SOM 7 plus control unit is used with standard solar heating systems for DHW heating and central heating backup. A multi-functional combi display enables the two temperatures to be checked simultaneously (e.g. collector and cylinder temperature). Simple graphics give information on function and operating state of device and system. The controller stores the nine most important system configurations, which can be called up easily. The control unit is equipped with four sensor inputs for PT 1000 temperature sensors, cylinder temperature limit and a manual mode. The central user interface is the three key array below the display. Nine standard systems are pre-programmed in the controller. Collector cooling and return cooling functions as well as safety shutdown can be achieved without too much effort. A solar hours run meter is also integrated.
