Karlheinz Reitze, the long-standing managing director for sales and marketing, will leave the company on 31 December 2016 to take up a fresh challenge at his own request and on the best of terms. “We respect and accept his wishes but at the same time we very much regret this decision”, said Dr Axel Freiherr von Ruedorffer, chairman of the board.
In his eleven years as managing director, Karlheinz Reitze has had a decisive influence on the company and has made enduring contributions in shaping the development of Stiebel Eltron. In the last few years his focus has been on planning a sustainable strategy for the company’s future. “We would like to express our sincere thanks to Karlheinz Reitze for his loyalty and trust over the course of more than 20 years”, said von Ruedorffer. “All our best wishes go with him for the future and continuing success in both his professional and private life.” Stiebel Eltron and Karlheinz Reitze are separating on friendly terms.
Karlheinz Reitze represents Stiebel Eltron at senior management level in associations, committees and on advisory boards. He will also continue to perform these duties until he leaves the company.
