Stiebel Eltron UK shortlisted in two categories for prestigious industry awards

Stiebel Eltron UK has been shortlisted for both Domestic Heating Product of the Year and Renewable Project of the Year at the H&V News Awards 2018.

Organised by industry leading publication H&V News, the awards are a showcase of the year’s best products, projects and accomplishments in the heating, ventilating and plumbing sector. Held at London’s iconic Grosvenor House Hotel, the winners will be announced on April 19.

Stiebel Eltron’s WPL Classic air source heat pump has been shortlisted for the Domestic Heating Product of the Year award.

Using state-of-the-art inverter compressor technology in a simple plug-in-and-play unit, the WPL Classic combines industry-leading efficiency with a space saving and installer friendly design.

In the Renewable Project of the Year category Stiebel Eltron’s work with the National Trust at their Gupton Farm site has been nominated.

Renewable energy specialists Green Warmth installed a Stiebel Eltron WPF 35 G ground source heat pump to provide renewable heating and hot water to the site, providing major savings to the customer and helping to fulfil its commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Mark McManus, Stiebel Eltron UK managing director, said: “It’s brilliant to be recognised by industry experts in both of these categories, and a real source of pride for everyone on the team after such a successful 2017.

“The awards are a great demonstration of our ongoing commitment to both innovation and the development of state-of-the-art renewable products for the market.

“This is the perfect start to 2018 and a fantastic springboard from which to continue working towards our ambitious growth plans.”
