Product registration

Any of our renewable or electric home comforts products can be registered here to claim your free warranty. Simply select your product from the drop down list below and fill in the required fields. In addition, it is possible for those with renewable systems meeting the requirements set out below (see info tabs) to request approval for their extended 5 year warranty. If you are registering a renewable heating system, it is sufficient to register using the serial number for the major component provided you supply a commissioning sheet with all other components listed. If you have multiple electric heating or water heating products you must register each with its own serial number.
