About STIEBEL ELTRON
As a family company driven by innovation and integrity, we maintain a clear focus in the energy debate: electricity, increasingly harnessed from renewables, is the energy of the future. We don’t make products which consume fossil fuels, which is part of the reason Ethical Consumer magazine has chosen us as their best buy for heat pumps.
From the design and manufacture of your appliance through to its maintenance, we systematically apply our expertise, ingenuity and experience, gained from 50 years of heat pump manufacturing. We develop and manufacture all our own heat pumps, so have direct expertise to call on when complex questions arise.
Whether for hot water, heating, ventilation or cooling - we have a reliable solution for your building services needs that will future proof your home.

Our products
We offer air source heat pumps for external installation, ground source heat pumps for internal installation, and uniquely, an indoor air source heat pump with integral MVHR. If you are considering separate MHVR we offer great benefits to those buying both a heat pump and MVHR system at the same time.
Sets are available with compact system cylinders for cost effective, space and time saving installations.
Our next-generation heat pump range offers a huge range of benefits, being super quiet, highly efficient, easy to install and having R290 (natural propane) refrigerant with a very low GWP (Global Warming Potential). They offer high flow temperatures for hot water comfort and a wide modulation range, making it easy to ensure that you have a unit that can run efficiently in a new build or retrofit situation.

1. Tell us about your home and project aims and we can provide a desktop specification of the system you will need.
2. If you haven’t already found one, we can match you with trained local installers.
3. Your installer will visit your home to conduct a feasibility review and, if suitable, produce a quote including installation costs. Our local specification manager may join them to discuss the best options and adjust any initial specification to suit the property.
4.Your installer will be responsible for heating system design and installation
5. Once installed we are responsible for the product; the installer is responsible for how that product is installed and commissioned as part of the heating system. You are responsible for registering your warranty with us.
6. Annual servicing is usually a condition of your warranty. Your installer may provide this service, or contact us for our service packages.
