Calculating the amount of water in a pipe

These instructions will help you use the tool linked below to get the volume of water required by your warranty pre-authorisation. Open the calculator tool using the button on the right and....

1. Select Heating from the Category drop down menu.
2.  Select Water Content in pipe from the Formula drop down menu.
3. Use the slider to select Pipe length (up to 20 metres).
4. Click on the pen symbol to add your own pipe length above 20 metres.
5. Use the slider to select the internal diameter of the pipe.
6.  The water content of the pipe is displayed below
